Yep, they are new. Like i said, I bought one, as have a lot of others on here and it works just fine.

Thanks for the help Ryan. I do know how to read the trouble codes but what an akward place they put the unit in. That KS ad you referred to - $7.00! I saw other quotes many times that expensive. Are they new units?
