Ok cool, this is Chris, I will give you a call on the weekend. When i took my car to Davis Transmissions in september they said it may be the valve body since no codes showed up. To comfirmed that they would have to keep my car for the day. I never found the time to take it back. I realy dont feel like spending a lot of money trying to fix this car. Thats is why i am selling it. However, in the main time i am trying find out as much as i can about this tranny issue. Thanks for the input!!

Yes i still have my 04 maxima, i havn't put it on the road yet because im getting one of my timing chain tensioners change atm, how ever it was my valve body that went bad and i purchase a upgraded valve body from quality transmisions http://solenoidstore.com/prod.itml/icOid/510 and i overhaul my transmission the same time. when my dad ( my mechanic) took it down my transmssion was in good shape but i still overhaul it, but it only slip when it warmed up so it had to be the valve body that caused that which others experience as well here on this website, so thats why i purchase a remanufactured valve body upgraded with sonnax parts, because kno one here don't kno how to install that trango's kit or rebuild our valve body's here, and also ur at risk doing it if it fails, because you need a new valve body if it doesn't work, you can call me on 433 - 4714 / 325 - 3707 (Andrew) if you want to speak to me localy because i have some overhaul parts left over from my transmission rebuild and timing chain parts if you need them.....

Hey SATXBOX, do you still have your maxima and if so how did you fix it. I read your thread about you buying the trans kit but you cant find anyone to put it in. I live in nassau as well and experience the some tranny problems too. I have an 06 Maxima, and cant figure out whats wrong with it.
