Did you cut the MAF pipe? so that its just a pipe without the square thing on the end?

so i went too auto zone but they dont have any pipes too sell me too connect the maf and the intake

Are you talking about that that is the piece that connects to to maf and intake the rubber connectors you can buy at like autozone. make sure you get the 3.5 inch to 3.25 inch adapter or else it wont work, you only need one. And as for that plastic piece in the middle that you can buy at autozone too. its gunna be like 10 bucks just get a 3.5 inch pipe that's about 4-6 inches long.

yea i noticed they got a problem with that..they were clowing on me on a post lol..but i cant help it thats me you know..but im from orlando i appreciate you trynna help me out. but what i ment with the rubber thing is, if you look at your albums..the second pic on how to make intake. were you get that hose from?

Mine isn't rubber its just a cut off piece to an actual K&N Intake pipe. It would sound the same with a rubber pipe. I got everything for free so I just used my resources to make it. It gets me about 60 more miles per tank I love it. I've tried it without the K&N intake and its just not the same. Its worth every penny.. great increase in speed to.

it sounds nice, also gets rid of the drone on the highway. It only sounds like a Z when your kinda cruising through some gears not full tilt but at a good pace. It took about an hour to to everything but its so worth it. I still have everything to make another one just dont have the cone.

It sounds great it, made my car sound similar to a Z.
