    no, its a spray called niteshades. no directions, you can buy it online.

    they were originally my stock 99 tail lights. i had someone put LEDs in them.

    they are my stock tailights. i just took them apart and sprayed the lower reflectors black and sprayed the upper outside black with niteshades. its easy
