Bellingham, WA meet - Aug. 23rd

Hey all,

Original Thread from NWMaxima

Official thread announcing the Bellingham meet. Yes a little early, but better early than too late.

Who: NWMaxima, I invited the NWAltimas crew, there should be a few Maximas from B.C., whoever else wants to join.

What: NWMaxima North End Meet, come meet new members, check out their rides, enjoy a day at the park.

When: Sunday August 23rd, 10am - 2pm or whenever we leave

Where: Bloedel Donovan Park, Bellingham, WA

What you can do there: Park Info.

Notes:
1. This park could get pretty busy, so please show up early enough to get a parking spot (I'll probably go a little earlier than 10am to get some spots saved)

2. FOOD- You'll be on your own for food. I don't know if there are fast food places close by. I'd probably pack a lunch, picnic style (cooler with sandwich, salad, whatever you want). Bring what you want. There are grills at the park, but I don't want to count on using them since they may be in use.

3. Bring the family. Bring some games, croquet, frisbee, basketball, volleyball, etc.

4. Bring a chair if you don't want to stand around. I may be able to bring some extra chairs.

5. B.C. people - update yourself on the border crossing guidelines if you need to.

6. Attendees must be responsible and respectful to those around (the public and other attendees). This is a public park and we want to leave it better than when we arrive. Clean up after yourself, control your driving, keep music to an acceptable level.

If you'd like to go, please post in here. I'd like to know the number of people that plan on attending. Also, ask questions if you have any.

I would love to come down and meet up with you guys. Unfortunately my driving priviliges are revoked for WA. I had a big speeding ticket down in Seattle last year and never paid... lol

That's too bad. Well, hope you can make it, but understandable if you can't.

Who else may be coming? I haven't seen much interest lately from the B.C. guys.

If Grant goes ill tag along. My girlfriend wont be coming to her dismay, she hasnt received hers back yet, so if i do go ill be alone!

Wont be in the maxima, but i would like to park with you guys!

Im trying to convince chris still on coming, Im not entirely sure if i can yet. getting super close and tight

I just got caught doing the 00vi swap, so il have to put the usim back in before sunday
