What do I need to know about bringing a Canadian car over here? I don't even know what website to read. Help!

Sounds more like a question for your local DMV.

Yeah I checked it out. The only thing I need to find out is if the car is Cali-spec, and then get a letter from the manufacture saying the car is at least Fed-spec.

Run the VIN through a Canadian dealer, they should be able to answer that for you. The US dealers will not have Canadian VINs on file. Nissan does not supply the same info to both sides of the boarder. US dealer = US bound cars / Canadian dealers = Canada bound cars.
