Fuel Injector Re-Builders in Canada?

Are there any reputable ones in Canada?

There really is no way to "rebuild" this type of fuel injector. What you will find as a "rebuilt" will just be injectors that they have tried to clean. No way to touch the electrical portion.

Is it a scam then if a mechanic charges $90.00 each for 2 injectors...even though they are used, and he wouldn't give me the old ones - he said there was a core charge

Yes & no, You will probably get an injector that is cleaner than what is now in the car. The core charge is standard, they need your old ones to go back into the loop. If everyone kept the old injectors (or any other part that gets reman.) there would be nothing to reman.
