'01 Max soon to be charged in Surrey!

Well, I have just about everything I need, with the exception of my Walbro pump, which I'll be ordering tonight. Today I picked up my Cattman FULL exhaust system (headers to muffler) and I bought my Vortech V2 set-up from Latinmax (awesome seller). While I'm at it, I'll be replacing the whole suspension as well (adj. Tokicos with Eibachs), brakes (steel braided lines with slotted/crossdrilled/vented rotors and racing brake pads with DOT 4 fluid), poly sway bar bushings and throwing on some Borbet Type FS Bright Silver 18's in the summer-I just bought them;

but it's winter so I'll be putting on my winter tires for now. Next thing is I'll be putting on an ACT stage II clutch with stock flywheel. I'm waiting on a board member here to sell me a new Stillen classic body kit, he just has to find a box big enough. lol I got in on one of the HID group buys a while back and bought some HID bi headlights and foglights. And I will tint my windows as well to 5%. For the interior I picked up some 7" headrest monitors with headrests and I'm "thinking" of getting the Eclipse AVN 6610 head unit, but I'm still searching around for a good competitor. So far this one seems to be the best choice, it has everything I need for the price. Oh, and I just got in the mail my strut tower bar and Addco rear anti-sway bar as well. Oh, and I have to fix my VIAS before I do anything else. It's been broken for about 3 years now.

Take a look at the Vortech supercharger vs the turbo used on the other cars I'm into.

The turbo is a .48 housing so it is "small" but that Vortech is huge!

So I'll be busy but I'm counting on all this taking me about a week (I'm doing everything myself). I have a nice "Mr. Heater" heater that warms up my garage in about 5 minutes and keeps it nice and toasty so I can work in my t-shirt. Of course I'll have the Kokanee ready to keep me hydrated as well. I'll update the thread with pics as I go along. Man I'm so excited! I bought this car new since September 2000 and I can't wait to start the modding! My garage is a complete MESS with parts!!! Anyone plan on being busy in the next couple of weeks/months?

nice man!!! I was going to S/C but ive decided to go with what i really wanted to do, which is turbo. I am buying Neals(Nealoc187) old turbo setup, i am hopefully picking up a turbonetics t3/t4 super 60 with a .63 a/r. Neal had a T61 and was running 11.76@122mph at 14.8PSI.

My Maxima will be my first supercharged car, although I did have the old DC supercharger kit for my '84 Rampage, I sold the charger before I could put it on.

Are you on TD, BM or TM.com? I'm on all the boards, I go by my real name Will Martin.

No doubt! I'm off for three weeks starting Dec 23rd, so after the holidays and a quick drive down to San Francisco and Las Vegas, I'll get her done in no time. I'm guessing no more than a week to get everything done, pending nothing goes wrong.

I am on the boards as well. I have 'seen' you around. I am scotts or ssheen. You on www.turbo-2.com too? A Canadian board.

Congrats Cli-Max. Take your time installing everything! "Do it once, do it right" Like JSMax said, you've got your work cut out for you.

What is this "Mr. Heater" you speak of? Got a link? pic? It sure is getting chilly in my garage as well, and it sucks to work all bundled up.

Thanks Wiz. I've got a bit of experience with forced performance so I've been down that "hurry up" route.

This little thing freakin' ROCKS. To help out, I filled all the gaps around the garage. Every little bit helps.

Man your car will be nice with that body kit, I can't wait to see some pics of it.

I couldn't keep it because I autocross and I am afrain I would just damage it, plus my car needs to be repainted so I rather do that first

Yeah man, I think it will too. I'm just hoping I'll have the time before racing season, as I have another car I race. This'll be my pimp car. I'll post pics of my progress as I go along.
