Got screwed By i2Vicious2

Got screwed 500$. Feeling a little pissed. He sold me a 00vi for 300$. I thought okay, sounds good and paid. Then he told me it was still in his car, okay no problem take it off. After that I paid another 200$ for shipping the item to Finland after he had asked the shipping costs from USPS. Waited for a month,no package, now it has been two months and nothing. Asked from USPS and heres what they told me:

Response to your recent inquiry (Case ID 101107777) (KMM1593110I15977L0KM)

We have a tracking system to check parcels that the public cannot see or use. I looked up your item number according to the manifest the electronic information was received in Odenton MD 21113 on 12/02/2009. There were 2 articles attached to the manifest. What this is, is the customer has printed postage and is suppose to be mailed by the customer. One which was delivered in another state on 12/14/2009.

There is not one single scan on the item in question. It appears by the manifest the customer printed the postage but nothing showing it was ever put in the mail stream. These parcels receive scans from point to point while in the system and there are none for the item. It would have a enroute scan until it reached its destination and then a arrival at unit and a delivered scan from the unit. That is all I am able to see about the inquiry.

Furthermore, your case went to the Postal Inspection Service and they will not contact you unless they need further information.

Also filed a complaint to that IC3 place, and now going to ask from Finnish police what to do with him. Hopefully somehow I can get the money back, now he is not answering to me PM's anymore.

Did you pay with paypal, or use a credit card? Do a dispute with paypal, or call your card company up and tell them to do a chargeback for items not received.

The odd thing is he's a semi-regular poster, at least that's what I'm seeing from his profile page.

Why you'd want to scam members of a community who have the same interests as you is beyond me...good luck with this. Hope it works out.

Well of course it went smoothly. You sold him springs.

In other words, you're a good seller. As for him, who knows. I haven't seen him around lately.

I'll make you a deal i2vicious2. You resolve this issue to the OP's satisfaction and I'll delete your personal info. Until then it stays.

Since I have your address, perhaps I should contact the authorities and advise them of this threat?

If you sent it off through the post office where you live, SURELY you have some kind of receipt or drop off confirmation from them that you could give to the buyer as proof? Or post up here for all of us to see?

Give us proof it's sent, and all the flaming will stop. Sitting there telling the admins they can "suck your..." well...you know. And then calling us all names just adds fuel to the fire and makes your story even less believeable.

For what it's worth, I think a lot of the "Dweebs" here could probably deliver an ***-kicking proper if you were to come out from behind the keyboard and actually say this ish to our faces. Oh, and leave the "glock" at home. Real men use fists. Not guns to settle fights.
