Is it acceptable to package a breakable product in saran wrap?

I would really like to make this clear to a seller who thought i was okay to continue shipping a package that was packaged "6 months" ago with saran wrap, which ended in broken delivery.

Also, he forgot to mention that he sold the manifold cover and i was led into the sale believing everything pictured and STATED was included, which was not. (except for the injector clips which he made clear).

im asking for a 30$ partial refund because of the rediculous packaging material used and the missing engine cover. I do not appreciate people taking advantage of others for petty attempts of quick cash. Its not right and deserves attention.

An '00vi? No, that needs to go in a box for sure. Some things yes, for instance I just shipped a 6-speed transmission that was strapped to a pallet and then plastic wrapped, but asides from a palleted engine or transmission, or similiar items- for instance I've shipped motorcycle wheels wrapped in flat peices of cardboard and then plastic wrapped, but something like an '00vi that is unacceptable, clearly why it broke.

It was in a box but big enough for it to move around and break the side nipple. It had no "cushion", hence the plastic wrap.

He doesnt even admit in failing to remove the Manifold cover from item description or telling me he sold it.

At first, I thought it was cuz the parts were cleaned and it was plastic wrapped to keep it clean. Regardless of plastic wrapped, the 2 other big points are that item was not as described. If it's missing something, he's responsible for reasonable compensation. Other thing is, it shoulda been packaged better. If something was damaged, again, either full refund or compensation.
