Nismosleeper is no help...doesn't answer phone or return messages. Now what??

I bought all the parts for a trans swap from Nismosleeper and it has been a total nightmare ever since. He didn't include any bolts, there are broken/bent parts, and MANY parts are missing. I spent $750 on parts, for EVERYTHING needed to do a complete swap from automatic. (Which is very standard for the 3rd gen market, even though it's rediculously cheap for any other car...it's pretty hard to justify spending more on a trans swap than the car is actually worth in the first place.)

The shifter holder bracket, support rod bracket, a magnitude of nuts/bolts, trans mounts/ were all missing. I've had to make numerous trips to the dealer becuase of this spending a small fortune trying to replace parts he didn't include, finding out as I went what is missing. Thats 3 days here, 3 days there...just to wait for parts to get shipped. There were bolts broken off in the trans, so that was $30 for a helicoil kit, and he sent me the wrong axle...not even for a maxima!! That was another $70 from the auto store. The hub was damaged, so I had to fix that..and there is more problems that I can even begin to mention.

He doesn't ever pick up his phone, and he doesn't return my messages or phone calls. I'm stuck with broken parts, parts that don't work, and missing parts. This swap is taking nearly a month when It should have taken 2 weekends... What a terrible experience.

He did, however, try to make things right once. For example, he tried to send some missing parts...such as a shifter holder bracket (which was broken and unusable), and trans mount.

Oh well...lesson learned.
