Where the hell is BERK???

Ok, seriously whats the deal with Berk Technology?? They are a legit business right?? Not just some company out of a backyard right??

I ordered my intake becuase "it was voted #1 by the org". But what is the deal with the company? I know the intakes are on backorder, and when I first ordered a guy named Bryan told me that it will take a week to get them in before it can be shipped to me. A week goes by and I get another email that he "will call them today". So that was last friday and this whole week I've been emailing and calling them to see what he found out.....Did they come in? Did they get lost? Did they even get shipped?

I'm not trying to talk $hit on Berk, it seems like most on here are happy with their product, but why are they so hard to get a hold of?? You would assume they would have better customer service policies right??

I honestly dont care if they will be delayed even further, but at least tell your customers.

Has anyone here heard from them and are awaiting an ordered intake?

I ordered a Berk intake like 2 weeks ago. I received my intake last week. Quick shipement, great product. Bryan from what I understand is a bit busy and I think he's in back order with some of his product. Anyway, email him, he'll respond. They're not a rip off so don't worry.

BERK is awesome... Bryan will message you back.... he's a very busy guy... I believe the items are backordered because they are for polishing but I could be wrong. I'm actually waiting an intake also... I was hoping to get it earlier but I'm SOL... it's all good though.. it'll come to you soon!
