kicker alpine or jl are going to be your true power amps. thats alot of rms for a 4 channel. for that your more looking like spending $300 plus unless you by a noo name brand from the flea market but good luck with that

I think he meant 185 was the lowest RMS wattage per channel he wanted, not the price he wanted.

Good luck finding one!

yeah.. 220W RMS per door.

the only amp i know that has a good RMS is the kicker 850.4 that has 175 RMS x 4 @ 4ohms.. but its discontinued.. and i would like a bit more power.. just a tad. lol

Sundown SAX200.4 will net you a solid 200w x4 @4ohms, they are pricey, if you can find one.

but what are you powering?

nice.. wow this is a good choice man.. are they reliable?

i have a 2010 maxima man.. and i got tweeters up front.. 6x9 on the front doors. i want to install 5 1/4s as well.

in the back i got 6 1/2s on the doors.. 6x9 in the back.. and thinknig of installing tweeters on the side panels in the back.

this will run me 220W RMS front.. and 225W RMS in the back.. and for base i have a 12 inch sub with 350W RMS with is more than enough for me.

sundown would be a good choice.

if you just want output, just get a decent 4 channel, and bridge them to power your FRONT speakers. you'll get quite a bit more power when you bridge your amp. you'll hear most of your sound coming from the front speakers anyways.

most people here are going to suggest not bothering with your rear speakers, but it looks like you just want to get really loud....multiple drivers would work,

you should look into some straight mids for your doors and horns for your dash, or look into a good set of 3 way components. dont forget deadening.

So your speakers are rated at 200+ rms each? Or are you on a doomsday mission to blow some speakers up?

I owned a SAX-200.4, excellent amp and well worth the money imo, just HUGE. TONS of clean power though.
