What is it and where can I get it?

So Ive been goggling for this part (see pic). I have an 04 Max Se with Bose. My right rear sub has been cutting in and out for awhile now, finally took the trunk apart to find the culprit. When I tap on the PCB ASSY the sub will start working again. However; if I tap on it again it cuts out. Its clearly some sort of electrical issue, possibly a loose connection on one of the resistors inside although I couldn't see anything after taking it apart. Anyways, if anyone knows a fix or where I can order one of these I would greatly appreciate it.

thanks guys!

I think the cheapest route would probably be getting another unit from a local junkyard.

Anyone know if there is a Single Din Dash kit in Aluminum finish for the 2005 Nissan Maxima no Nav Bose?

I have been on google all day and I can't seem to find anything...even did a search on Maxima.org too.

Bose Amp, unplug it and see if all the sound stops or just the sub. That'll tell you whether its the amp for all of the speakers or just the sub. And get it from a junkyard.
