Bose to Aftermarket swap

I finally replaced my 1997 Maxima SE (non Bose) with a 2002 Infinity I35 (Bose). Since most of the Clarion Boss car stereos, like mine, in Infiniti cars have a CD skipping issue I decided to swap my Panasonic aftermarket car stereo from my Maxima into into my new Infiniti. I decided to take a short route (for now) and just use my existing Bose infrastructure (wires, amp, speakers) with my aftermarket stereo unit. My Panasonic CQ-C7105U has component out (front, rear and sub) which I will use with Pac Roem-Nis2 adapter. I read that the only problem that I may have is that Panasonic preamp is 2.5 volts and Bose preamp needs 4-5 volts to function properly. Shouldn't Pac Roem-Nis2 adapter solve/compensate for Panasonic's preamp voltage shortcoming?
What would the sound quality be? Will the Bose sub work properly with the setup?

The cassette adapter connected to my ancient portable CD/Mp3 player looks ridiculous!

Thanks
