is it possible to swap a 4th gen radio with like a 5th gen or newer would it fit and would it just be like plug and play because i dont wanna have to replace all my speakers or get an amp just to get a new deck because my display is starting to fade in and out and i dont feel like dealing with it unless its semi easy

No, a 5th gen deck wouldn't fit. Standard Nissan double dins, such as the newer Pathfinder head unit, will work however.
What would make you think you have to replace all your speakers or get an amp just to replace your deck? Misinformed shops trying to oversell you perhaps?

The bose is self amped so all you need to do is integrate an aftermarket radio into the system. If you're interested in a HU with bluetooth and usb built into it I have one for sale that would work well with a metra 70-7551 harness.
