How many hurts should I HP?

So should I HP my Diamond Hex S600 @ 50 or 70 hz with 12/24db (These settings are on the amp which is very solid).

Easiest way to do it is to actually do it, and then listen to what sounds best for your application. My recommendation would be to go with the 70Hz setting.

I would go with 70 or 80, though they may be capable of playing lower or may not be capable of playing that low, either way, test it out.

Def try each setting, I like my mids and highs to play down to 80-100. But that is a bit high for most peoples taste.

Thanks for the tips! I guess my old Xtant had a different SIP module, cus the bass was lower. I actually set the amp to bypass, and turned the headunit xover on, and it sounds pretty good.

I am considering the 70 and 80, I guess maybe I should set my xover off on everything and get some test tone mp3 and play at those range and see what I like.

I was just saying hurts for fun since it is pronounced that way.
