Whoa...that IS a good day. Dynaudio was, still is and always will be a contender for best speaker brand.

And DLS...very complete line of speakers subs and amps...high end man, high end.

AWESOME. You got a lot of dome options....

You've heard Franks car right? His DLS 6's are crossed at 50 with physics defying (well, almost, I guess) impact down there for a 6. Used the DLS UR6 s's for a year myself. They were alright. NOT the same midbass as the Iridiums, though.....

So you're never picking up Image Dynamics, huh Sounds like you're full of other good brands now. I've just felt "horny" lately, I guess.

Steve Im actually more pleased with the aquirement of Dyn than DLS. DLS unfortunately is a direct competitor with Arc amps. Speaker wise Im proud to have them on board. Although me and Manny now have to fight over who gets what in our cars. Im personally going with the Dyns most likely. MD140 to replace my Peerless domes, and the MW170 to replace my Illusion Nd8.

I havent had the pleasure to hear Franks car yet, although Ive heard alot about it.

ID wont become one of them for me, being that I already have Arc. As some may say is a bit higher end version of the IDs.

All about priorities and prioritizing, unless you do have a lot of money.

These "high end" brands are called that for a reason. There's a lot of nice budget systems out there, but most of their owners would secretly like to upgrade.

So you want high end OPTIONS in selection...
How about the peppy, fun and smooth Rainbow Profi/Vanadiums?
Or some laid back, natural sounding DLS Ultimate/Iridiums?
How about the classic Dynaudio smooth and precise sound, System series?
Or the warm and dynamic Morel Elates?
Or Do you prefer the high energy, bright in-your-face attack of the Focal K2p's/Utopias?

Haha...sweeet...something high end for everybody

Or if you are a baller....and want the ultimate in build quality/sound...
how about some Genesis Absloute? Rainbow Platinum/Reference? Focal Utopia Be?

Have any of you guys heard Platinums or Reference? Just wondering if the price tag is justified.

Yes I have and IMO no it does not. Although possibly the most realistic reproduction of sound that I have ever heard, I cant justify the money. Although then again I dont have bottomless pockets.

Dyns will be the first step in redoing my front stage. Not sure what tweets I will do as of yet, most likely will be keeping the Rainbows. Although the Dyn MW180 and MD140s look good to go for my midrange and midbass.
