Stereo Wiring for Non-Bose 1997 Maxima

I am trying to put a Non-Bose stereo from a 2001 Maxima into a 1997 maxima. The picture is of a Non-Bose stereo for a 2000-2001 Maxima. All the wiring looks the same except that my stereo does not have a white socket on the buttom right corner (close to the corner). Does anybody know the purpose of a socket which is located on the button right corner of a stereo? It's the one that is just above the red text in the picture and has a plug pluged in.

Thanks

Navigation system. If your car doesn't have one and the stereo has connectors for it, you'll be fine just to leave them unattached to anything.
