my friend is selling his bazooka tubes ...I was wondering how 2 "10 bazooka tubes would sound in the trunk ...would it give good bass. i dont wanna put a box back there for the fact that i want as much room as possible...anyone with some feedback would be greatly appreciated

Two of those tubes will be as loud as a good quality single 10" sub, and the single 10 will take up less room. Do yourself a favor and do your system for what you want, not just because a friend is selling them cheap. Its gonna pay off in the end, trust me. Those tubes arent bad for what they are, being that they have an amp inside them and all, but its still a bazooka tube, it will never be great.

the only thing a bazooka tube is good for is hollowing it out and using it to camouflage your nitrous bottle

lol that is sneaky.. Yeah I remember my one friend pulled up a year or so ago with 2 bazooka tubes in his montero... they made a lot of noise but it was neither clean nor punchy. But he liked it so that is all that matters.

yeah, not a fan of bazookas, but as long as they meet your needs and you like how they sound, then that's all that matters.

Actually, 2 10" bazookas CAN hit pretty decent if driven properly. 10's are the only bazookas even worth thinking about having at all IMO. They may not be the cleanest bass around, but I'd rather have a bazooka than a nasty or bad 10" in a box.
