Advice please on trunk walls..
Hey peoples,
I'm steadily working on my new trunk setup, and I'm just wondering what the best method and what materials to use for the walls would be. I want to do a padded vinyl look on the sides and the cover over the amps.
The old plastic trunk liner and floor has been removed, and I cut a new floor out of a sheet of birch I had and cut out a door for the spare tire with hinges. I just can't figure out how to tackle these walls. Any suggestions on how to go about this?
Also, would it be safe to stuff some cotton padding down in the sides of the trunk where the jack is on the right and in the opening on the left just for sound dampening or is that a waste of time?
Thanks for your input guys,
drew

I've been thinking it might be cool to use fiberglass. I've never actually done it though. I took out all the trunk lining stuff too. I think it might be a fun project when summer roles around again...we'll see though.
