Need Ideas for EGR tubing

Finishing up my 3.5 Swap and needed flexable piping to re-route the EGR.

I am planning to cut up the 3.5 EGR tube at the IM and cutting up the outlet pipe on the 4th gen EGR, then connect them together with some kind of flexable tubing ( if it is even possible lol)

Now my question is what type of flexable hose tubing can i use that will withdstand the heat.. any ideas are appriciated.

I thought the 3.5 didn't use EGR?

Anyway, I was about to ask this exact question myself. I have a VQ30DE in a 1997 Maxima with a 2001 VI on it. I want to go for the VQ35 OBXv2 equal length headers, but they have no EGR guide tube port. I was going to see if I could have a shop weld one on, but chances are, it would be difficult to get it to line up perfectly, thus I am guessing for that to be doable, I would need some sort of flexible tubing as well.

I am using an engine off a 04 just so that I can keep the EGR stuff.

On a side note the 04 block has a completely different fuel rail setup which ONLY allow FPRs with barb fittings connections.

Also where the crank meet the flywheel there a little nub that must be grind shorter for the flywheel "cup" to sit flush. Pilot bearing does Not fit in to the crack either.

Oil cooler does not sit correctly due to the angle of the in/outlet on the cooler.

The seconday chain tensioner from the 3.0 does NOT work on the 3.5 because it is not sitting far out enough.

The 3.5 tensioner does Not work with the 3.0 guide.
The 3.0 tensioner does Not work with the 3.5 guide.
All 3.0 and 3.5 tensioner "plungers" are not interchangable. The plunger on the 3.0 is bigger then the 3.5.

The 3.0 windage tray inside the upper oil pan must be removed inorder to fit the 3.5 because the 3.5 one is built into the gridle. There are no oil pan gaskets anywhere.

You must re-use 3.5 themostat housing if you are using oil cooler. Without the oil cooler you must re-use the 3.0 housing.

3.5 intermedia shaft bracket does NOT work with the 3.0 because it sit futher Away from the block.

thanks but I actually saw your pictures when I was googling lol.

I am trying to go with an easy route by cutting and clamping hoses, found some bendable LP gas hose at home depo last night that might work :

I am going to chop off the ends and clamp it down with hose clamps
