installed a walboro burning fuses!
its burning them, like getting hot and melting them. should i get a bigger fuse(10amp currently) or go with a relay setup.

Do not install a larger fuse. I would double check the wiring and make sure the pump isn't burned out. If you don't find any problems, try using a relay and thicker wire.
