Anybody know where to find any good info on building an intake manifold and designing with resonance in mind?

actually im designing a manifold for a formula SAE car, which has to run through a 20mm restrictor, so ITB's arent an option. Im planning to take what I learn and possibly design a good manifold for my car (3.5) and it to be more affordable than the ridiculous price of the ITB setups
