I would assume the added ignition advance along with afr adjustments would net some decent power and an extended rev limit is only beneficial if your car can breath in the upper rpm range, but in my opinion that alone does not justify the cost. IIRC for the same price or maybe even less you can get an EU or UTEC and have much more control although it requires a bit more work hooking them up.

I think he has an 03 5.5 Gen Max.

I dynoed really low a while ago, 215hp and 205tq but that was with a messed up ECM, vacuum leak, and some other small issues. I dont have anything official after fixing those issues but just numbers from my G-tech and Iphone's Dynolicious estimating hp at 250ish...again no official numbers.

The SS and EU was fairly easy to hook up. Hardest part was getting comfortable with the wiring and convincing myself that I could do it. Just takes a bit of patience and lots of double checking. I would say both are well worth the money and you can certainly notice a difference with the added timing and afr adjustments.

Well based on your profile you have a 5.5... Jimwolf not found404... but on a 4th gen, by buddy and fellow orger 24kondaway did it on his auto and i watched his heavy arse dynamatted 4thgen drop from 15.2-14.9 and was trapping 94-95mph... works wonders
