99SE auto-to-manual swap, any difference from 95-98??

im about to do a 1999SE maxima automatic-to-manual non-lsd to lsd swap.

It's going to be my 5th job auto-to-manual job. I only done that job on 1995-98. Is there anything different to complete the job? I know the ECU are different but will there be any problem because of that?? I have everything imaginable to complete the job but if the car doesn't start because of auto tranny-to-ecu. (ill keep the auto one to start with). Is there something i dont think about or everything is like a 95-98 job???

to all 4th gne auto-to-manual owners or anybody knowledgeable enough to let me out.
Thanks twice!!

you will need a 99 ecu, either cali or fed, depending what the car is. Without the right ecu don't even bother, unless emissions aren't a problem. If using the original auto ECU he won't need to have the dealer program it either...
