Any good DIY SSIM writeups?

In a little while I am going to do this, a custom y-pipe, and a 3" exhaust. Then I am going to go get the car tuned with the Uprev program.

Anyone know of a good writeup?
I appreciate it!

it's easy take the manifold off, remove the vias and elbow. take a saw and make 2 straight cuts in the elbow opening, 1 angle cut in the corner and 1 long cut in the vias opening.

get a dremel with a cutoff wheel and sanding drum and finish it off, all done

Once you look inside the IM it will be self explanatory, but what he said ^^ essentially covers it. Just go slow at the beginning because the material is actually pretty soft and remember to clean up as well as possible when you're done.

Yes, the link is dead. The owner of that site decided he was done keeping the site. So instead of passing off ownership....he just pulled the plug.
