Power difference between '02 Max and '05 Alty SE-R

Hey guys,

In my quest to find a motor for my busted 02 Maxima I've found a 14k '05 Alty SE-R motor for $700. It was wrecked on the front end and broke a valve cover and that's it.

What are the power differences between my 02 max 3.5, and the 05 SE-R 3.5?
I know that my max is rated at 255hp, and the Se-r is rated at 250hp. My question is this, are the cams different? Rods/pistons? Am I going to notice a loss in power? Anything I need to be worried about?

Same exact engine internally as an A34 engine. Nothing special about it.

Aside from the plastic/composite VIAS plate on the SE-R, difference from 05 Maxima.

The SE-R is actually rated @ 260 as per current SAE specifications. The non SER engine is rated @ 250....
