Where to get 00VI parts?

Where to get 00VI parts?
Just curious where you all get your 00vi parts. I dont want to buy a whole new motor just for the upgrade. I have a few local junkyards but they wont sell me just the parts. Also a little curious how long the whole process took most of you guys.

I bought everything from a member on this site in the classifieds. there are people listing them pretty frequently. I think mazzivart is selling a semi-complete kit right now... Working by myself, it took me a weekend, working about 8 hours per day. The best thing you can do is read every thread that you can dig up about it; stickies, old threads, previous problems that people have had, and other old posts that may not even seem to be completely relevant. I spent like a good 3 weeks reading threads

So this is something that involves buying a whole new motor? What kind of numbers are we talking about as far as hp gains across the rpm spectrum? The reason i ask is because if i have to spend 400-500 on a motor i might as well step it up to a 3.5 for a few hundred more.
