Leak after DE-K swap, please help

So I cant figure this out. I swapped in a 2000 motor, I used my old 5spd tranny and my old axles. My transmission is leaking out of the passanger side seal where the axle goes in. I have been working with my mechanic at nissan to figure this out and we are as far as we can go. First I put in a new seal. That..made it worse. Then he figured out my axle was warped..ok it wasnt before the swap but I got one of my spare ones and put it in. the leak got better but it still leaked. Also put in another new seal, it still leaked. The last thing that could have been messed up was the bracket that bolts to the motor that the axle goes through and bolts to. So we put one of my brackets off the DE on it. That pretty much stopped it. I bought a new passanger side cv axle to put in with the last new seal and the other bracket. I drove it around today and got it back up on the lift and I saw a little tranny fluid on the seal AGAIN! There really isnt any play in the differential so I dont know what to do to stop this leak. Any thoughts and help is greatly appreciated! thanks guys!

You have to get that axle seal PERFECTLY set inside the tras for it not to leak. I mean PERFECT.

yeah a little bit like when I give it more than half throttle in first or second gear and maybe third, its like a high pitched sound that increases in pitch as I give it more throttle.
What does it mean? I had 2 trannies put together to make one good one and it started it after that. the sound that is.

and well how do I get it perfect? it should be perfect when the 3 bolts on that bracket are tightened evenly?

you carefully seat the seal, and punch it into place. Apply some gear fluid to the seal to prevent tearing when intalling. a 36mm deep socket should help seat it fully.

no I got the seal in there just fine. I was talking about getting the axle in there perfectly because once everything(bolts) are tight it should be perfectly centered.

I am getting it back up on the lift tomorrow or tues to see what everything looks like. Tranny does make noise when giving more than half throttle in 1,2,3 gears. Most likely will be getting another tranny if it is still leaking

yeah I did, pretty much none. What is the little whine in the tranny when accelarating with more than half throttle?

A whine is normal on the lower gears...once you get to like 3,4 and 5th you should hear any type of whine...
