misc parts needed for 00VI swap

misc parts needed for 00VI swap
After I got my complete 00VI with upper, lower, rails, and injectors, I realized that I needed more stuff, so I ordered the EGR Guide Tube and the bolts that actually hold the upper to the lower. Do i need anything else that I should order, any bolts or misc pieces that I should get? If so, I would appreciate it if someone listed some things (with the part number would be great) that I may have forgotten. also, the bolts that hold the upper to the lower, does anyone know the thread size of the bolt? the parts number for the bolts are 14031-2Y000 and 14031-2Y010. I will be using the 4th gen lower plenum, so I'll be drilling some holes and then rethreading them to fit the new bolts.
if anyone also has the part number for the 2 bolts that hold the EGR guide tube to the upper plenum that would be of great help....

The long bolts are 6x1 mm.
The egr guide tube bolts are also 6x1 mm, but I forget how long they need to be. Around 60 mm, I'm guessing.
You may need some vacuum caps to cap off some of the vacuum ports that aren't used.
To answer your question that you sent me via PM, I ran a 3/8 hose from the back of the IACV to the large vacuum port at the far end of the plenum. This arrangement is more restrictive to air flow than the oem setup, and the IACV may have a hard time supplying enough air for idling. To compensate, adjust the throttle plate adjuster screw to open up the throttle a bit and allow more air in through the throttle. Then the IACV will be better able to meter and modulate the air needed to maintain idle speed.

When I had the 4th gen rear vavle cover, I used a PCV vavle that had an elbow on it. I wanted to see if you guys figured out something better.
I would connect the vaccum to the damper, it is not like it is hard to install a T and a hose. It is not really needed on the 4th gen, but since you have the damper might as well use it correctly.
