3.5 Bottom And 3.0 Heads Finnaly Running

OH my Fu#$%ng God this car is a Beast it pulls so hard I can't beleive the Tourque is unbelievable I started in first and punched it Part throttle and the wheels were already spinning and I couldn't hang on it was going right and left tourque steer like a **** I got scared and let off the throttle damn I don't wana abuse it to soon I'll just take it easy for now. There are no cel's and the car sounds fine except for a slight clanky noise comming from I think the Tranny but I can't tell I guess I have to be patient and just listen to the motor and make sure everything is intact. PICS VIDEOS COMMING SOON...

it looks beautiful, but if in the near future, or for that matter the distant future, you decide you want more power, the 00vi seems to flow better and give more power, i think.... i liked the vi much better than the mevi just wanted to throw that in there. but the mevi makes a h3ll of a difference over stock and its still amazing! i hope you enjoy!

btw, can i come live where its warm and there are palm trees? its cold as **** up here and not even any snow to play in.....

Well right now I'm just waking up from my nap. Now I'm going for a good nice long ride, I'll take some closer pics and Tomorrow I'll have the camcorder ready for action. BTW I notice my car sounds really deep now deeper then before, Tilley did you notice the different tone in your engine?

Well I'm back from my little cruise and I got to say forget first gear second a little. Damn I didn't even punch it that much and I have 18" wheels.
I'm going to need some good tires for the track any suggestions??
The car rides very smooth no cels so far. I'll have the VI hooked up tomorrow.

Tilley do you think I should really punch it tomorrow and see whats up, being that this is the first day, or wait a little I'm tempted to really open it up WOT.
I'm very satisfied with it worth every penny to me, it brings me back when I had my 13sec 84AE 300zxTurbo.

When I let off on the expressway doing about 70mph POP POP all the time it's very loud!!!!! I think I need a resonator or something but I don't want to loose any hp's...

for the track you might want to try some M&H Racemasters.

when you say it pops, do you mean that it backfires? cause thats nothing serious, i always thought it was cool, especially in the se-r cause it would throw blue flames and it sounded like gunshots and drew a lot of attention

you are sure it isnt the clutch? or do you have an auto lol i dont know.... or did you call tilley today and talk to him about it? lol i am so out of it today. either way, get a good performance clutch. no centerforce dual friction: it wont hold (i learned by killing mine )

Yep it's an Auto it rides good for now as long as I don't punch it its fine. I need to baby it until I get everything I need for the conversion. I knew this was going to happen

Which cams you using. Which cams would be better for 3.5 block with the 3.0 heads. I was going for the Tomei 256.

No vids yet but I wish I got a vid of this guys expression in his 200? GT mustang from a dead stop I lit up my tires threw 2nd
I had a nose on him already then I had to let off due to traffic. After that he didn't want anymore of that... but I thought it would have been a good race anyways.... Then there was this 1G GST Eclipse I smoked him from a 30mph roll,,, him popping his blow off valve thought it would intimidate me, he guessed wrong..
Max 1 vs. Mitsu 0

I'm still scourging for parts for the 5speed conversion, I hope to have some vids but I’m having trouble with the camcorder software…

I'm using 3.5 cams but tomei cams are even better considering if you take advantage of the ECU upgrade..
