wheel bearings, co install questions

1.) Does the life expectancy of a wheel bearing have anything to do with the vehicle being lowered/rigidity of the suspension? I'm replacing my wheel bearings after 25k on a strut/spring setup. Of course, I also just had my axles replaced as well, which may have contributed.

2.) For co's with no brake line clip, what have you guys done to hold the brake line? Zip-tie?

3.) Should the spacer be installed on a co with its own mount?
