Yes. Everything is identical except the opening width and the length of the slider pins and spring (because the opening is bigger).

26mm calipers will only work for the 300z rotors. If you want to use the big rotors, it won't work.

btw the ss lines i have now with the z32 conversion also work with my my stock maxima calipers!! i thought they were different fittings? i remember i installed the lines, connected the z32 calipers then my wheel wouldnt clear so i left the sslines hooked up and connected the stock maxima caliper back while i got spacers. and the calipers worked just fine!! so what exactly is the difference in the 300zx fitting?

The Maxima caliper is designed for a banjo fitting. The Z caliper is designed for an inverted flare fitting.

Just because one *might* fit in the hole and work for a short while in place of the other, eventually it's going to have problems by coming loose or leaking.

Look inside that Maxima caliper. do you see the inverted flare mating surface for the Z line? I didn't think so. That mating surface is what technically seals the fitting, NOT the threaded portion.

Look on the Z caliper. do you see a flat, machined surface and ears on the outside of the caliper to attach the banjo bolt and copper crush washer? I didn't think so.
Given enough vibration, the banjo bolt will eventually twist against the Z caliper and leak. You're also damn lucky if you ever get it to seal since the copper crush washer sits against cast aluminum/iron on the Z caliper vs. a machined steel mating surface on the Maxima caliper.

the ONLY similarities in the fittings is that they use an M10x1.0mm thread on them.

My friend with his S13, has the Z front calipers, and he has used his stock lines which are the same as the maxima. Hes been on the same calipers for over 4 years, tracked the car so hard hes boiled the fluid, warped, rotors, destroyed pads, and hes never had his line leak.

Im not saying thats the proper way, because it is dangerous, go out and buy some S13 to Z32 conversion lines. I got mine from PDM racing, they are the same for the maxima, smae lenght and everything.
