Quick and easy question.... Do you need a spring compressor to put on the rear spring assembly? I know u do for the front of course but can u get the factory spring back on without it or not?
Thanks.
I have lowering springs on the back and im putting the factory 4x4 springs back on just so u get the idea.

it will depend on the springs and how tall they are. Tein H-techs I did without the compressors. Eibachs I used compressors. Maxspeeds used compressors.
If you have compressors, just try and see yourself. You need them for the front anyhow.
Well i did the front ones last week and I don't have the compressors anymore. I mean i can get some loaners from the part store but I was just wondering if it was possible to do without them.

Did them today, u don't need a compressor for the rears just in case anyone wonders.

jus the front ones, of course.. question, was it a pain to remove the bolts and stuff? after you remove the wheels? I heard the fronts are easier than the back ones...
Nah, bolts are easy, But be careful when you tighten the bottom bolt or u will strip out the little tab that hold the nut.. then u have to weld it like i did. But compared to the front the rears are pretty straight forward.

Negatory. Back moves much quicker than the front, no spindles, axles, strut bearings, and the units are more compact and easier to maneuver.
