Extended Wheel Studs what did you pay?

I know what sizes and all but is there any where cheap to go...
my local shop quoted $10 a stud hence needing 5... any cheaper amount would help.

whether people believe you or not isn't the issue.. you come in here and post something like that, but don't provide any more info on it.
What studs did you use? Napa doesn't just sell extended wheel studs for a 240 off the shelf. otherwise we'd all have jumped on them by now.

try posting some more useful information next time if you're going to make comments like that.

That said.. the best price I've paid is buying the 10pk sets of NISMO wheel studs at the local dealer. I got them for ~$54 per 10pk ($5.40 each) using my car club discount.

What did you want to know? I found them at Napa over a year ago, they were 10mm longer and worked perfectly...it's not rocket science, they are studs, sheesh, sorry that I don't have a distinct recollection of what I did in the past year, but I have have other priorities...

In my experience, some stores carry items not available in others, I just walked in and asked for something compatible and they delivered, case closed

I want to know what the freaking part number was... you don't just walk into Napa and tell them "I want a longer wheel stud for a Maxima" and they walk back to the shelf and grab one. you know the parts goons anymore. "If it's not in the computer, it doesn't exist"..

so in order to find them, you either have to know a part number or a vehicle application..

I know the store owner personally, its a small store in a tiny town, so i have known him all my life. I literally just walked in and asked. He did the dirty work for me.

I was in the exact position as the Prophecy, so I tried my luck locally and found what I needed. Will it work for the him? I have no idea, but it doesn't hurt to try if you have some stores nearby...

I know you have done a lot for the maxima community and I respect that, but you don't have to give everyone an attitude with your responses

I'm actually being nice.
Next time you come in and post something like that, try to be a bit more helpful than just "I walked into a napa and they had some for $2 each"
doesn't do anyone a bit of good other than to piss people off, cause none of us can walk into a napa and pick up the same thing. (been there, done that. they're the first ones I tried locally because their counter guys are smarter than most...)

Fair enough, I see your point now, I apologize for being a smart ass about it, its just that I took the thread title literally and just replied to the question at hand. "How much did you pay?" 2 bucks

+1 on Napa being more helpful than others, I go there for nearly everything first...

Not sure if this place might be cheaper or not on shipping.
