stupid question, but have you tried turning it off?

Also, are any other lights on? Many times, the traction control light comes on when you have other lights on as well (like a check engine light).

Check for codes.

What's going on with the brake fluid, where is it going. I have been driving 27 years and never added brake fluid to a car

As the pads gradually wear, the hydraulic system has to push the fluid slightly further into the brake lines. Eventually, this begins to take the fluid level in the brake fluid reservoir down to the 'add fluid' line, and the brake alert light and the stability control light both begin to come on, sometimes intermittently, and then steady.

I have been driving since 1949, and at some point, I have had to add brake fluid to every one of my many vehicles. You may have avoided this by having your brakes serviced (at which time, the fluid is automatically topped off), or by having used a service shop for oil changes that routinely tops off all fluids that are not at the 'full' mark.

I checked my brake fluid and it is full. Any other ideas of why the traction control and abs light are on?

Brake pads looooooo, fluid push out of reservoir.

if you top off, then, replaced pads, the fluid will seep over reservoir.

checknreplace pads!!
