2009 Maxima 'undressed'
I've been fooling around with that 'spy video' of the 2009 Maxima.
I tried to undress the camouflage with Photoshop to the best of my ability.
Here's what I came up with

I have the real 2009 Maxima photo!!!!
I am risking my job by posting this top secret pic. But I figure the public will know soon enough. THis site has been so good to me, I feel you deserve a preview!!! Though sadly it will not be available in this color in the states...

Yeah yeah. Nice Teana. I'm surprised a mod would pull such a prank. I guess you guys are lightening up a little ;-)

How is anyone 100% sure that that is a maxima spy shot anyway? Does it say maxima anymore? Or is whoever taking that picture assuming.

Because of the Nissan burger on the grille? It's a Nissan. It's the same Maxima that was caught testing in the snow.
OP: Nice photoshop, but the grille is wider.

It's funny. I posted this topic exactly a month ago and it only just caught on yesterday.
Assuming these spy photos and video were really the Maxima and not just a smokescreen for something entirely different, I was itching to get the camouflage off as best as I could to get a better look at it.
I spent a stupid amount of time Photoshopping it too (read: several hours). I was possessed.
Yeah, I admit I took some liberties with things like the grill and lip, changed the rims, and I believe the windows will arc more near the roof, mine is a bit too CTS-like, but it gave me a better perspective than the video was offering at the time. I did this photoshop before the spy shots of the black Maxima in the snow came out.

The NY auto show opens on Friday the 21st not that long anymore, but with the way things go, time flies and most get bored fast so eventually the 7th Gen wish list threads will pop up with what do you wish Nissan did differently, or the anticipated features they will add in the next MY

The reveal will be on the 19th of March from what I've read around. Only 10 days from today, let the countdown begin =)
That photoshop kinda reminds me of the new [ugly] Accord.

I think the headlight is going to look somewhat Audi A8 like. It's not going to be a square anymore, like the 6th gen - but more of a rectangle that curves into the fender. Similar to the 5.5 gens, but sleeker.

your right, Wednesday is the day for all media related people to take pictures of the cars,
I think it may share a similar style with the new VW CLS that is being referred to as the Passat Coupe,

I wish but I don't think so. I think its going to be a modified version of the 6th gen. In other words, the difference in looks between the 6th and 7th gen will not be as much as that between the 5th and 6th gen. Lets see what happens. Three more days...
