That is the number I used...tried during business hours Friday, message was this person could not be reached...please leave a message, then it said this person's mailbox is full. Are they still in business?

There parts are definitely top of the line but yes their customer service sucks! Took them almost two months to ship my hfpc when I had my 6th gen. They did however apologize via email for the delay.
