Coolant drain/fill

Coolant drain/fill
Ive been doing a lot of research on how to properly flush your radiator... My question is if I don't have access to a water hose could I just do a drain/fill then repeat the process next month? The reason is to slowly get out all the old coolant by just using a drain/fill.
I only have 43000 miles but I drive 20k miles a year. Has anyone thought about doing their coolant this early? Btw I live in Texas so the heat can get bad at times.
EDIT* Also anyone know how many liters I need to refill? I cant find it in the Manuel

Anyone? I finally finished the flush but I had a lot of water coming from the middle of the car. I know some water is normal when running the A but this is over the top. Suggestions or any thoughts would be appreciated

The thing about running a garden hose through it is you are supposed to use distilled water. Tap water is not real good for your radiator. I change mine every 50,000 because like you the Oklahoma heat is a killer. You can get by doing a drain and fill every 50,000 because it should not be totally corroded. Now if you wait until 100,000 or later then I would do a flush. I would take it to a shop that has a machine that hooks up and flushes it out with distilled water.
