I was wondering if a 265, will fit on the stock Sport 19's!? Thanks for any info!!

It won't help your ride at all. Slightly more traction going straight, but a lot more sidewall flex. Stick with 255 as the widest.

255/40/19 will be .3" taller than the stock tire and depending on the tire brand will be 10mm wider.
