Opinions and suggestions on fixing this?
So I was out this past weekend and some idiot left a nasty ding on the front driver side fender. Unfortunately, I didn't notice it until the following day so I can't chase him/her for fix it money.
It gouged the paint and the dent is just above the line but it still crossed it.
Anyone have to deal with getting dent/scratches repaired? How would you go about fixing it?

Thanks!
Edit: pics wouldn't show when inserting image so linked them instead.

If you like the car and care what it looks like go to a body shop. The touch up will stick out like a sore thumb. I have a dark colored car and it would drive me crazy seeing a "touch up" in the middle of my door. Just my opinion. Good luck.

Like the black on your Maxima. Mine is older and used to be black but I didn't totally like the that color for my body style. Yeah black looks great and I would be upset too as every defect seems to pop out with that color. Yours is a pretty late model but maybe some are in the wreaking junk yards in the states. May be able to call around and find a fender of one that was rear ended or hit on the side. With luck find on in black. If its cheaper then having repaired but I am not aware what that kind of work costs to have repaired. Putting a fender on is pretty easy I would think.
