Unhappy Remote Wire Problem

ok so i went and bought a new amp yesterday ''audio pipe 1200watts'' and i hooked it up today to see what it can do i hooked up all my wires and the remote wire did not turn on the amp so i decided to bypass it and connect it straight to the 12v and i did it works really good. i was just trying back the remote wire and i ran my remote wire from the amp that nissan puts in the back the for the two subs. when i have the volume low like below 18 the light does not come on at all but when i go to like 24 the light comes on but its a in and out feedback. so my question is why is that happening? it never happened before to my old amp but that was like only 580watts this one is 1200watts. where else can i find another remote wire? other then the back. or what can i do to solve the problem?.

You could always just wire the remote turn on to your ignition wire. There is a remote turn on wire on the factory radio wiring harness too. You can look it up on the following link. Without knowing if you have bose/non-bose, monitor/basic I couldn't tell you which wire it was. The link is pretty straight forward though. Used it to determine how to wire up my Memphis 6ix without any issues.
