partsace - I don't blame you for not getting your hopes up, but there is a chance the new parts will work. Only a dozen or so of the hundreds of posters here on the ORG have had the rocking seat problem, and all '09 Maximas have the same parts you will be getting. There is a chance the new parts, even though they are just like the ones you had, will work perfectly in your car as they do in mine. Quality of installation can make a difference.
