If that was the actual dyno run, then it was performed on a WAI intake with the hood up, which IME produces inaccurate/overinflated dyno results. Drop the hood and run the dyno again and I think you'll see numbers more in line with the CAI. I've seen WAI's dyno'd with the hood up time and time again, and dropping the hood almost always brings the dyno numbers back in line with a CAI. Just my .02 from having done this before myself.
