The ignition switch has 6 pins.

Pin 1 is B+ in, W/PU - found on EL-11, EL-12
Pin 2 is ACC output, W/L - found on EL-12
Pin 3 is the primary IGN circuit, B/R - found on EL-12
Pin 4 is the secondary IGN circuit, R/Y - found on EL-14
Pins 5 and 6 are the two start wires, B/W and R/L respectively - found on EL-14.

All it takes is a little looking through the pages, you'll find what you need.

Also if you google for a remote start install (or search here), it'll show you what all of the wires are and their colors. Or search here for ignition switch pinout, you'll also find it.

The page numbers and wire colors are specific to the '99, other years FSMs will have different page numbers and may or may not have different wire colors.
