I paid $2200 for a complete rebuild. It was $1900 for the rebuild and they charged me $300 to put in the shift kit. Believe me I did not want to pay that much but I needed the car for work. The car isn't even worth that much but **** happens. I brought it to a local transmission shop I was referred to by a friend. They told me the pump went and they could just replace the pump but recommended to fully rebuild because of the mileage and the rep of the tranny. They also recommended the shift kit. So, either prepare to spend the money or part out the car.
