Oh really? Sounds *** backward to me! Most vibration problem from 55-65mph are tire related! Most car that pull one way under hard or moderate acceleration then the opposite way in deceleration or braking are worn component such as LCA bushings, wheel bearings. Worn balljoints tend to oscillate/bounce after hitting sharp bumps, warped/bent rims vibrate or wobble proportional to speed, Tierod end tend to vibrate like a wheel balance issue but not just 55-65 mph but more violent the faster you go...
