Well, today I decided to rewire my foglights so it'll work without my headlights. I went to radioshack and got some of this stuff

Then I opened up the relay box and started cutting the wires, but had no luck with it.
The cut up wire thats circled on the left is the foglight wire( I think) because when i disconnected the fogs turned off, and the one on the right is the brake light( I think) its the red and green one. Anyways i used the tap on and got nothing. Could anyone steer me into the right direction??
