Sorry about that. The lower bracket is pretty tough to machine. Several different bit changes and several different machining positions. I really wanted to be able to release this for a little cheaper, but there's no way for me to do it without sacrificing quality and strength.

Yes, this will prevent the entire engine from moving, even though it's only holding the front engine mount bracket. It is the timing cover side of the engine, but the front engine mount is securely mounted to the block, not the aluminum timing cover. It's a VERY beefy engine mount design.

Since the lower bracket utilizes stock bolt hole locations on the 02-03 Maxima, it will not fit the 6th gen, which is a different chassis. Plus, the front engine mount design is completely different than the 5th gen. As someone else mentioned, the 6th gen front engine mount is the same as found in the Altimas.
